Things You Need to Know
Knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!
If there is anything damaged on arrival, take a picture and send it. We can return or figure something out from there.
Commissions and Tutoring do not get refunds.
The sales are finale, however, if a commission is damaged upon arrival that may get the same treatment.
Tutoring is non-refundable, but scheduling may be negotiable depending on situation.
